Wine Bottle Engravings

Christmas is right around the corner.  What a great gift idea for your friends and family.  Just choose your favorite wine and let us put something special on the bottle to remember you by.  The great thing is that what ever is inside the bottle is perfectly safe and will be just as good and fresh when you pop the cork.  There are many different things you can put on a bottle such as holiday images, birthday greetings, and even wedding announcements.   A personalized bottle is great for a house warming gift or a gift for the host of the next party you are invited to.  Personalized champagne bottles as center pieces for your wedding, your guest will request to take a bottle with them as a keepsake of your special day.  Also used for door prizes at your party would be a great gift for your guests.  You will surely leave an impression on your friends that will  not soon be forgotten.  We enjoy doing these for your special occasions so let us know how we can help.  Contact us today at http://www.chamberslaserimpressions.com/ .  We can come up with that perfect idea for your special events.  We only do the engraving on these bottles and do not provide the bottles.  We do try to keep these types of engravings to the local area only.  If dropped off, most of the engravings can be done same day and no later than the next day.  We are ready to take care of your next request so let us know.  http://www.chamberslaserimpressions.com/

Remembering our Veterans

This commemorative wooden plaque was engraved using a black and white photo from 1953.  The soldier in the photo is my brother-in-law, whom proudly served many years in the United States Marine Corps.  When I first laid eyes on this photo, I immediately wanted to thank him for his service and commemorate all that he has done for this country.  An engraving on a wooden plaque just seemed to serve this great purpose.  I knew that he would be able to enjoy this for many years and pass it down to his children and grand-children. When we were able to present this gift to him, it was such a wonderful feeling. The looks on his face and my sisters face were priceless.  I am so grateful that I was able to present this to him and my sister.

If you are looking for a wonderful way to honor someone who means a lot to you, then this is the perfect way to do it.  These make great gifts for any of our heroes in the military, fire departments, police officers, emergency medical technicians (EMT), etc.  Also a great idea to remember a fallen hero or family member.  Anyone that accomplishes a great feat such as high school or college graduation, or a wedding or anniversary, or maybe if you are an employer, than the employee of the month would enjoy an engraving like this.  A picture engraved in wood like this is such a wonderful and unique gift that will be cherished for years to come.  Contact us as soon as possible to start working on your commemorative gift at http://www.chamberslaserimpressions.com/

Metal Engravings

Engravings and markings on metal are becoming more and more common.  Many people never even realize the types of items that were done with a laser.  For anyone that has seen a stainless steel light switch cover with the on and off done in a permanent black color, you have just seen something that was probably done with a laser.  Pictures that are on stainless steel auto fixtures such as wiper knobs and headlight pulls are done with lasers.  The photo above is from the end cap of a Maglight.  The details are amazing.  Aside from the glare from the flash, the cuffs are so detailed that it looks as though you could unlock them with the key.  The details in the gun are also just as graphic. We do many engravings on flashlights for emergency services and other professional service providers.  We have supplied lights for scouting troops with contact information in case a child becomes lost.  We have many possibilities for the lights, so contact us via our website at http://www.chamberslaserimpressions.com/
Probably the hardest part about engraving metal, is the fact that metal mostly provides only a one dimensional medium to work with.  When working with raw metal, we have a special product that allows us to leave a permanent black mark on the metal.  This product, when applied correctly is not able to be removed.  When dealing with painted metal or anodized aluminum, we are able to actually engrave through the coating that is on the surface.  Working with anodized aluminum leaves a nice white coloring.  This color sometimes appears to have a silver color.
We would love to hear ideas about other possibilities on metal surfaces.  We have done a few paintball cannons and  plan on looking into doing some paintball guns.  We just have to fine tune everything so it is as perfect as possible.  If you have any we can practice on then that would be wonderful.  Let us know about your ideas at http://www.chamberslaserimpressions.com/ or email us at chamberslaserimpressions@gmail.com .
Follow us on this blog, and we will be sure to add as many new things and ideas that we can.

Photo Engraving

Laser engraving is a great way to keep a photo forever.  With a laser engraving, an image can be permanently burned into most any medium.  Wood, plastics, glass, and many other items.  Wood is always a very nice choice due to the ability to get a true three dimensional look.  Any photo is a great candidate to be engraved, although some photos do turn out much better than others.  Ideally the photos that work best have a dpi of 300 or more.  This allows for the most clarity.  When engraving, some of the details of the photos have to be removed so that the image is not engraved in a way that everything appears blurry.  Glass is also a very nice product to engrave on.  When a light source is shined on flat glass, the engraving looks even more spectacular.  Flat glass photos in our custom stands can make very nice additions to a bookshelf. They can make great gifts or even beautify your own decor.  There are specially designed plastics used in laser engraving.  Due to the toxic properties of plastics, many traditional plastics cannot be laser engraved.  Some metals can also be engraved or marked with a laser engraving machine.  Raw metals can be marked with select permanent colors and metals such as anodized aluminum can be engraved.  As you can see, there are many different options for laser engraving,  The ideas are endless.  We enjoy seeing all of the new photos and ideas that our clients send to us.  Let us know if we can help you.  You can see us at www.chamberslaserimpressions.com .
